Dear Parents/Guardians,

On November 18, 2017 (Saturday) our school children will have their educational trip. . This trip has been designed to enrich the pupil’s experiences by exposing them to activities that enhance classroom learning. The child’s fee has been pre-settled as part of the miscellaneous fees.  Parents/Guardians who are interested to join can now pay at the Accounting Office the amount of Php 1,350.00 per head. Please accomplish the reply slip at the bottom part of the letter for your reservation. Reservation made for this trip (that is not cancelled on or before November 6, 2017) is considered confirmed, and will, therefore, be paid by the concerned parent/guardian. The pupils will visit Paradise Adventure Camp 2. They shall be learning the following: Hands-on Crafts Making, Art Appreciation (3D Paintings, Museum and life size Cartoon Characters), Physical Fitness thru various Larong Pinoy, and Mathematics and Science Challenge.

 

May we wish to remind you also of the following items with regard to the forthcoming trip:

  1. Assembly time at RCS is at 5:30 AM
  2. Departure time at RCS is at 6:00 AM
  3. Expected time of arrival time at RCS from field trip is at around 6:00 PM
  4. Seats of the pupils without companion will be arranged by the class adviser. Pupils with companion who were able to arrange their seats prior to the trip will have pre-assigned seats. Lastly, companions who pay ahead of time can freely choose their seats. 
  5. REMINDERS and GUIDELINES DURING THE EDUCATIONAL FIELD TRIP
    1. Pupils should come to school wearing P.E. uniform with rubber shoes or sneakers. Please bring extra T-shirt(Sports Fest t-Shirt).
    2. Pupils must bring foods for snacks and lunch.
    3. Pupils are expected to dispose their litter properly.
    4. Pupils are expected to exhibit their best behavior at all times.
    5. Paying companion/s must bring their official receipt/s during the trip.
    6. Pupils are encouraged to bring hats/caps, umbrella, plastic bags/vomit bag.
    7. Pupils are discouraged to bring large amount of money, wear expensive jewelry or bring gadgets.
    8. Pupils are grouped for specific activities.  It is a must to stay were the group is assigned and situated.  
    9. Pupils are expected to strictly observe the “buddy system”. They should have their buddy with them wherever they go.
    10. Pupils are allowed to bring cameras for documentation and cell phones for communication purposes as long as they will be responsible for them.
    11. Pupils under medication or have medical condition are reminded to bring their medicines during the field trip. The teacher-in-charge or school nurse should be informed about this. First-aid kit and or medicines especially for those with motion sickness are to be brought.

 

We hired competent and reliable tour operators that will ensure and guard everybody’s safety. Insurances and permits were secured and in place. On the other hand, we need your cooperation in order to have educational, enjoyable and hassle free field trip for our children.
